Booking Process

How do I book with you? +

Browse the hire catalogue or styling packages and add anything you love to your wishlist. When you're ready, continue to details, pop in your event date and pickup/delivery preference, and send it through — we'll reply by email with a tailored quote, usually within 48 hours.

How far in advance should I book? +

As early as you can, especially for weekend weddings in peak season (September–May on the Sunshine Coast). Popular pieces like our arbours and plinths book out months ahead, so locking in your date early gives you the best chance of getting everything on your list.

How do I pay for my booking? +

We require payment in full to secure your date and items. We don't take any payment through the website itself — your payment is arranged directly with us by invoice once your quote is confirmed.

Delivery & Pickup

Do you offer delivery? +

Yes. Most items are available for either delivery or self-pickup — just let us know which you'd prefer when you send through your wishlist. Delivery is quoted at an additional cost based on your venue's distance from us.

What's your delivery radius? +

We service the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. Let us know your venue or suburb when you enquire and we'll confirm delivery availability and cost as part of your quote.

Can I pick up items myself? +

Absolutely — most of our range is available for pickup to keep costs down. A few larger pieces (like our wine barrels) are best left to us to deliver and set up safely.

Damage & Condition Policy

What if something gets damaged during my event? +

Accidents happen, and we get it — but all hired items need to be returned in their original condition. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required outside of normal wear will be assessed and may incur a fee, in line with our full Terms & Conditions (sent with your quote).

Is there a bond on hire items? +

A refundable bond may apply for higher-value or statement pieces (like our neon signage or PA system). If one applies to your booking, we'll always let you know upfront in your quote — no surprises.

Pricing & Quotes

Are the prices on the catalogue final? +

Prices shown are indicative "from" rates. Your final quote depends on the quantities you need, your event date, and delivery distance — we'll always confirm the full cost in writing before you book.

Can I mix and match items from different packages? +

Of course — our styling packages are a starting point, not a fixed menu. Add whatever you like from the catalogue to your wishlist and we'll quote the combination that's right for you.
