The Fine Print

A booking is confirmed once you accept your written quote and pay in full. We don't process any payments through this website — payment is arranged directly with us by bank transfer or invoice.
Our standard hire period runs across three days: setup (bump-in), your event day, and pack-down (bump-out) the following day. Additional hire days may be available on request at extra cost.
Most items are available for either self-pickup or delivery. Delivery is quoted separately based on your venue's distance from us and confirmed in your written quote. Items collected for pickup remain your responsibility for the duration of the hire period.
Please ensure we (or you, for pickup items) have reasonable access to the venue for setup and collection. Access times should be confirmed with your venue and communicated to us ahead of your event.
All hired items must be returned in the same condition they were provided in, fair wear and tear excepted. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required outside of normal use. A refundable bond may be required for higher-value or statement items, which will always be disclosed in your quote before booking.
Payment is required in full to secure your date and is generally non-refundable. If your plans change, get in touch as early as possible — we'll do our best to accommodate a date change or adjustment to your order, subject to availability.
We take reasonable care in the delivery, setup, and quality of every item we hire out. We aren't responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, venue access restrictions, or third-party suppliers.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
When you send us a wishlist enquiry or contact form, we receive whatever details you choose to include — typically your name, email, phone number, event date, location, guest count, and the items or services you're interested in.
We use this information solely to prepare your quote and communicate with you about your booking. We never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.
Items you add to your wishlist are stored locally in your own browser (using a technology called localStorage) and are never sent to us until you choose to submit an enquiry. Clearing your browser data will clear your wishlist.
This website does not process payments of any kind — no card or banking details are ever collected or stored here.
Our Instagram, Facebook, and the embedded map on our Contact page are provided by third parties and subject to their own privacy policies.
